- Pull, route, secure, and label fiber optic and copper communication cabling.
- Install cable pathways, racks, cabinets, ladder racks, and related infrastructure.
- Perform cable terminations and basic testing activities.
- Assist with fiber splicing, fiber testing, and cable certification activities.
- Read and follow drawings, cable schedules, rack elevations, and work instructions.
- Maintain accurate installation records and daily production reporting.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, customer requirements, and site access protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support project milestones and production goals.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- OSHA 10 Certification or ability to obtain.
- Ability to travel extensively and work assigned shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely.
- Ability to work on ladders, elevated platforms, and in active construction environments.
- Ability to pass client-required background screening, drug testing, and site onboarding requirements.
- Data center or structured cabling experience.
- Fiber optic installation experience.
- Experience with cable management systems and pathway installations.
- OEM training or manufacturer certifications.
- Familiarity with mission-critical environments.
- Possession of basic hand tools and PPE
