The Law, Policy and Integrity Department at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Paralegal to join our team!
The Paralegal will support the Corporate Legal function, and focus on corporate governance, subsidiary management, and contract administration, while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the business. The Paralegal will play a critical role in maintaining corporate records, supporting Board and Committee activities, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. The position will report to the SVP, Corporate & Enterprise Functions.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY (aka Responsibilities)
- Support the management of domestic and international subsidiaries, including maintaining corporate records and databases
- Prepare and file corporate documentation, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, board and shareholder resolutions, consents, and powers of attorney
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Finance, Tax, Treasury, HR) and external service providers, including outside counsel and corporate agents
- Assist with Board and Committee meeting preparation, including drafting agendas, resolutions, consents, minutes, and notices, and coordinating logistics and materials distribution via board portals
- Maintain and update corporate governance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Track and manage corporate filings, registrations, and certifications across jurisdictions
- Support contract administration processes, including routing, tracking, and maintaining executed agreements and ensuring proper documentation
- Partner with internal teams to gather information and facilitate execution of corporate transactions and documentation
- Ensure timely dissemination of corporate information and documentation to relevant stakeholders
- Perform other corporate paralegal and administrative functions as assigned
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, with a focus on corporate governance
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certification
- Fully Bilingual – Spanish/English
- Experience managing corporate entities and maintaining corporate records across multiple jurisdictions
- Demonstrated experience tracking and managing a high volume of contracts and legal documentation
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance practices and documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with entity management systems and board portals is a plus
