- Plan, shoot, and edit video content including interviews, promotional videos, social media clips, tutorials, and event coverage.
- Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards aligned with project goals and brand messaging.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and production schedules; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Adapt videos for multiple platforms (web, social, internal channels) and ensure technical specifications are met.
- Maintain visual and narrative consistency across all video content.
- Organize raw footage, project files, and media libraries for easy retrieval and reuse.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media video formats and digital content trends.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- 3–5 years in video production, multimedia content creation, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, corporate communications, media, or agency environments.
- Motion graphics or animation skills.
- Experience with livestreaming or event video production.
