Activations Technician-Seasonal

About The Role & Team

TelevisaUnivision San Antonio is looking for an Activations Technician who will be responsible for technical, and promotional duties as assigned. This will include, but not be limited to: driving station vehicles, set-up of equipment (sound systems, tents, tables and banners) at station events, and interaction with station listeners.

About You

You are an enthusiastic self-starter who loves working with people, is detail oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

Your Day-day

• Execute radio station promotional activities including in station remotes by greeting and interacting with listeners and clients in an enthusiastic and welcoming manner
• Safely operate company vehicles
• Maintain compliance with contests rules and regulations
• Interact “live” with on-air talent as required
• Prepare good event recaps and reports by taking specific pictures as requested and follows-up with required documentation.
• Establish and maintain a good filing system
• Conduct inventory checks on a weekly basis for all stations (vehicles, equipment, and promotional items)
• Performs other’s tasks as directed
  
  

You Have

• Ability to communicate orally in Spanish required; English speaking skills a plus; bilingual skills preferred
• Moderate Microsoft applications skills (Word, Excel) required
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, primarily evenings and weekends, holiday and days of observance depending on station’s needs
• Must be willing to work from office in San Antonio, TX
• Possess and maintain a good driving record
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, type, edit, reach, and sit for up to (8) hour
