Your day-to-day expectations
This position is 100% virtual.
We are open from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm AKST, Monday through Sunday.
This position is part-time from 8 to 10 hours of patient time per week.
We will work with you to ensure a flexible schedule
This role reports to Televero's Director of Counseling.

Your role
Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LPC, LCSW)
Your day-to-day expectations
- Provide services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline
- Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals
- When not treating patients, assisting with, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients
- Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows
- Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter
- Review and interpret any patient assessments that we use in the practice
- Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings

Experience to thrive
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field.
- Completion of CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program.
- Active LPC or LCSW License in Alaska.
- Minimum 2 years' experience.
- Two or more years of Telehealth experience.
- Two or more years of Outpatient experience.
- Responsive, strong communication both written and verbally.
- A culturally aware and inclusive mindset in every interaction.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach
- Effective time management and organization in a virtual environment.
- Reliable internet connection and confident navigating technology – including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Teams).
- EMR experience and ability to navigate evolving systems.
- Resourcefulness and independent, on the spot problem-solving capabilities.
