Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site‑level project and production activities with precision and efficiency.
- Provide timely oral briefings to Government oversight personnel.
- Prepare and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct fact‑finding assignments and respond promptly to inquiries from the Government.
- Deliver written and oral briefings to senior management officials.
- Manage sensitive, detail‑driven tasks under strict deadlines.
- Demonstrate sound decision‑making, especially under high‑pressure conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to navigate operational challenges and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Experience developing and implementing operational processes and policies.
- Competence in assessing and analyzing training requirements.

Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
