Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets
- Utilize software and technology to manage customer interactions and data
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide informed support
Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- Strong product and service knowledge (or ability to learn quickly)
