Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations and warehouse staff
• Manage inventory accuracy, material tracking, and organization
• Coordinate receiving, staging, and distribution of materials
• Ensure proper material check-in / check-out procedures
• Enforce safety standards and company policies
• Work closely with Operations, Purchasing, and Accounting
• Monitor productivity, timekeeping, and scheduling
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse
  
  

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with inventory systems and material tracking
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation
• Construction, electrical, or low-voltage experience is a plus
