Overview
Each Telesales Executive is responsible for consistent and accurate presentation to client's online tour guests, to achieve defined revenue targets,
while always maintaining a professional and personal image in upholding client's standards or integrity, quality and service to both internal and external customers.
Additionally, the attainment of an average of five (5) verifiable owner referral leads for each new purchaser eithers at the point of presentations or by the 15” day of the month following the presentations date is also a key component of your role.
An additional and rewarding component of your position is to also source your own qualified self-generated (direct) tour guests keeping adhering at all times to the site generated guidelines as advised from to time.
You will be given specific training to familiarize yourself with the intricacies of client's Points Shared Ownership Product, the content of all legal documentation and the compliance rules and presentations policies to ensure you have a thorough understanding of your career responsibilities.

- Maintain current client's Virtual Presentation information and materials,
- Be an active and punctual participant in all Virtual Presentation and meetings,

- Treat all guests whether they purchase or not with the utmost respect and courtesy ensuring high quality levels of customer satisfaction,
- Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly,
- Ensure that all times you represent the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner, ensuring that the company and its associated brands are not compromised,
- Adhere to the “New Owner" quality assurance and follow up procedures as determined by your direct report,
