What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Teleo Coffee?
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about community, coffee and great service! We are a coffee shop that strives to love our neighbors in all that we do and that starts with our baristas. You are the one that will interact each and every day with our lovely customers. You need to be able to engage the customers to create a memorable experience where they leave feeling known and loved. Your tasks will include: taking orders and handling money, making espresso drinks, making sandwiches, cleaning tasks, customer service. We are looking for an individual who has a flexible schedule and would be able to work 36 hours per week. Saturdays are required. Looking for individuals with coffee shop and leadership experience.
