About the Role
We are looking for an internal sales representative whose main responsibility is to bring new clients to Telehunt.
This role is focused on client acquisition. You will connect with business owners and decision-makers, start conversations, qualify interest, and bring companies into our pipeline.
Once a client is ready to move forward, our operations team handles all delivery and execution.
Over time, you may also take ownership of closing deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reaching out to business owners and decision-makers
Starting and managing sales conversations
Qualifying potential clients for fit
Bringing new clients to Telehunt
Periodically checking in with existing clients to maintain relationships
Focusing exclusively on sales while operations handles delivery
What You Will NOT Be Doing
Managing offshore employees
Handling payroll or HR tasks
Overseeing recruiting or onboarding
Managing daily client operations
Compensation
This is a commission-based role with long-term earning potential.
Compensation is recurring and grows as clients expand their offshore teams. There is no fixed salary, and income is directly tied to performance and consistency.
