Job Description
Essential Functions: Assemble sensor assemblies
Assemble sensor assembly subs i.e., pre-preamps, cells and transmitters
Assemble sensor related products i.e., Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) and surge protectors
Pot Sensor Assemblies
Pot Wireless Assemblies
Requires manual dexterity to use small hand tools for assembling hardware.
Requires using automated machinery
Requires strong attention to detail for the precise alignment and potting of circuit boards into stainless steel housings.
Must be able to solder wires onto small connectors. Good attendance is essential.
Additional Duties
Assist other assembly areas as assigned by Lead Assembly or Production Manager.
This person is familiar with the Detcon Quality Policy and Quality System documents and has the authority and responsibility to report product or procedural non-conformances as they are recognized while performing their job functions.
Education/Skill/Experience
High School diploma or equivalent. Successfully complete training on all company equipment. Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge and skills.
