As Military Sales Director, you’ll lead strategies to expand our government business, capture new opportunities, and secure multi-million-dollar contracts for mission-critical programs.

Salary Range
$120,300.00-$160,400.000

As Military Sales Director, you’ll lead strategies to expand our government business, capture new opportunities, and secure multi-million-dollar contracts for mission-critical programs.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute sales strategies for U.S. and international government markets
- Lead opportunity capture and proposal efforts for avionics and SaaS solutions
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with DoD and military stakeholders
- Serve as the primary customer contact and represent Teledyne at industry events
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in collaboration with internal teams
- Generate market analysis and insights to support growth initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful program execution
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technical, or related discipline (required)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in military/government sales or avionics programs (required)
- Proven success in capturing and managing large-scale DoD/government contracts (required)
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and FAR/DFARS compliance (required)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (required)
- Advanced degree (advantage)
