What you'll do Inspect, evaluate, and repair returned products across multiple product lines. Coordinate product evaluations and collaborate with engineering teams for resolutions. Schedule and manage repair activities to meet customer deadlines. Build and test cable assemblies and terminations in-house. Maintain accurate documentation and enter data into ERP systems. Track and report department metrics to support continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management. Promote and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
