What you’ll do Tune, align, troubleshoot, and test microwave components and assemblies Work with frequencies from 500 MHz to 26 GHz (and up to 50 GHz for special products) Use advanced test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and power meters Perform hands-on work under a microscope using specialized tools and probes Operate ball bonders, soldering irons, and gap welders as needed Collaborate with engineers on new product releases and troubleshooting Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure quality Maintain accurate test records and recommend improvements What you need Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail (required) Proficiency with microwave test equipment and diagnostic tools (required) Completion of AC/DC theory and basic electronics coursework (required) Excellent understanding of electronic theory (required) High school diploma or equivalent experience (required) Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (required) U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance (required) What we offer $5,000 sign-on bonus Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits 401(k) with company match and retirement plans Paid time off and flexible work arrangements Professional development and training opportunities A collaborative environment focused on innovation and growth What happens next Apply online through Teledyne’s careers page. Salary : $49,300 - $65,700
