Customer Service Agent – High-End Makeup Line (Remote | Temp-to-Hire)
Telecom Inc., a leading national call center is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support a high-end makeup line, handling inbound calls and emails from customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and luxury products, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Position: Remote
Pay: $16–$18 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, temporary through the end of December, with the potential to convert to a permanent role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email for a luxury makeup brand
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account-related questions
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail in every interaction
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to maintain quality and performance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center or e-commerce preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and web-based applications
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Interest in beauty, fashion, or luxury brands is a plus
