What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Regional Float Pool Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The Regional Float Pool Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect services according to the individual service plans and regulatory standards. The role of the Regional Float Pool Recovery Specialist II requires unique skills and abilities due to their assignment at multiple program types with unique licensing requirements, settings, and populations. The Regional Float Pool Recovery Specialist II requires the ability to adapt quickly and work effectively with multiple staff teams and staff functions and roles. The Regional Float Pool Recovery Specialist II requires the individual to adapt to various documentation requirements and platforms.

Your role will cover Telecare’s program needs throughout Riverside County and San Bernardino County.

Shifts Available

Full Time; 7:00am – 3:30pm; Days vary

Full Time; 3:00pm – 11:30pm; Days vary

Full Time; 11:00pm – 7:30am; Days vary

The full pay range for this role is $16.58 - $23.38. We expect to hire between $16.58 - $19.98 based off your years of relevant experience.

Working for the Staffing Float Pool will include a 10% premium on top of base pay (excluded from non-worked hours such as Holiday Pay) and any applicable differentials for working PM and/or NOC shifts.

Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

  • High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting
  • Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies
  • Comply with all conditions of employment requirements for all assigned programs
  • Experience providing nursing care in multiple program types and various populations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of program types, licensing, and documentation requirements
  • Experience in multiple documentation software or platforms
  • Must be willing to work at any assigned program in designated region
  • Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to drive to Telecare Programs throughout Riverside County and San Bernardino County.
