What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Administrator is a key position in driving the organization’s success. They are responsible for both clinical and financial success of their Program which contributes the overall success of both Telecare and those we serve. The individual in this role is responsible for overseeing and leading the team of people providing patient care as well as managing the business operations of the Program. They are responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Program, which involves ensuring successful management and leadership over the 4 Pillars of performance: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security. Additionally, the Administrator collaborates with all corporate functions and outside consultants and representatives of the program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols.
Shifts Available:
Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; varies as needed | Days: Monday - Friday
Expected starting wage range is $127,357.12 - $157,289.14. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

The Crisis Residential Treatment programs will provide short-term, 24/7 crisis residential services for adults ages 18 via 16 beds at Telecare Citrus House- 7225 Leeds Street, RTP-D, Downey, CA 90242. Services will help clients in acute psychiatric distress avoid inpatient hospitalization, emergency services, and incarceration; regain their stability in a safe, homelike environment; begin working toward longer-term recovery goals; and establish linkages with stable housing and ongoing treatment.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- Masters in Social Services with a state license
- Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting, two (2) of those years must be experience in a substance use treatment program
- Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
- Understanding of community mental health and substance use services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
- All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
