- Starting pay: $34.43 – $38.48 per hour
- Full pay range: Up to $50.62 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct mental health services to individuals and their families
- Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Partner with external agencies, including:
- Conservator’s Office / Public Guardian
- Probation Department
- County Behavioral Health Services
- Housing providers and inpatient facilities
- Support treatment planning using Telecare’s Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS)
- Deliver care through a trauma-informed, no-force-first approach
- Promote independence, self-responsibility, and successful transitions to less restrictive settings
- Active, valid associate license with the WA Board of Behavioral Sciences:
- LMFTA LSWA LMHCA
- Master’s Degree in Social Sciences
- At least one (1) year of post-master’s direct service experience with individuals experiencing mental illness

- PM Shift: 6%
- Overnight Shift: 10%
