Software Development Project Manager

TELCOR Inc, a nationally-recognized provider of healthcare software is looking for an energetic, focused and motivated software engineer to join the TELCOR Point of Care (POC) development team.

The Software Development Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the successful delivery of software development projects within the POC Product team. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, testers, product managers, and leadership to keep initiatives on track while balancing priorities and schedules across multiple concurrent projects and within multiple platforms.

Requirements

• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, testing processes, and release management
• Strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies; experience applying hybrid approaches
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of driving projects to on-time delivery
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to leadership teams
• Project management experience, with a focus on software development projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Business, related field, or equivalent work experience
• PMP and/or Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM) strongly preferred
