**Bilingual Patient Service Representative**
TELCOR is a nationally recognized provider of healthcare software and billing service and we are looking for an energetic, team player who has an eye for attention to detail to join our Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) team as a Bilingual Patient Service Representative.
The Bilingual Patient Service Representative is responsible for handling calls from patients of customers where applicable. Calls from Spanish speakers will be triaged to persons in this role, then subsequently non-Spanish calls. This role will require you to primarily work in the office in Lincoln, NE. Teleworking may be approved at manager's discretion.

**Requirements**
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English, including medical/billing terminology
- Must be able to type in English and pass a skills test during the interview
- Must be able to uphold confidentiality and comply with federal, state, and company policy, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate, both in writing and verbally with tact, diplomacy, and respect for others
- Must have strong skills in follow up and monitoring of outstanding items, independently with little supervision
- Must be able to accurately investigate and determine when or if a patient already exists within a database before creating a new patient record in order to avoid creating duplicate patient accounts
- Must have strong attention to detail and skills allowing for quick and efficient navigation and data entry procedures utilizing computer-based technology platforms
- Must be able to work independently and with a team to achieve individual and team goals
