Teller Services Supervisor - Main Branch (Full-time, Sioux City)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the teller line at the Main Branch; provide a superior level of member relations; promote the service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; create and maintain work schedules; ensure the teller staff have the tools/training they need to perform their duties; work with Talent Development Manager/Trainer to mentor new employees; & supervise Branch Teller Services Representative employees.
QUALIFICATIONS: Strong leadership skills, a high level of integrity and professionalism, dynamic member service skills and the ability to solve problems and maintain Teller Services Representative’s work schedules.
