The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with an existing network of customers, partners, and industry relationships within the telecom, data center, AI infrastructure, networking, or enterprise technology markets.

This is a high-impact role focused on opening new accounts, developing strategic partnerships, growing existing relationships, and driving revenue through direct sales and channel partnerships.

The ideal candidate is already calling on data centers, VARs, integrators, distributors, telecom providers, cloud operators, enterprise customers, or infrastructure contractors and understands how connectivity and infrastructure products are specified, purchased, and deployed.


Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic customer relationships

• Identify and close new business opportunities

• Expand channel partnerships with VARs, distributors, and integrators

• Generate opportunities within AI, telecom, and data center markets

• Introduce customers to TSC's manufacturing and private-label capabilities

• Build a pipeline of direct and channel opportunities

• Work closely with leadership on growth strategy and market expansion

• Represent TSC at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings


Requirements

• 5 years of successful sales experience within telecom, networking, fiber optics, data center infrastructure, structured cabling, RF, or related markets

• Existing industry relationships and active customer base

• Strong understanding of optical networking, connectivity, or infrastructure solutions

• Experience selling to VARs, integrators, distributors, telecom providers, data centers, or enterprise customers

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable building new business
