We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cable Quality Control Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Requirements:
- Technical secondary school diploma/degree or higher.
- 2 years of relevant work experience familiar with the wire/cable manufacturing process flow.
- Familiarity with inspection standards, quality priorities, and material application standards of the industry.
- Must possess a strong sense of responsibility and ambition, strong in principle, and able to work under pressure.
- Must possess strong communication skills. Bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
Responsible for:
- Inspection, identification, and recording of test data of incoming raw materials and outsourced processed products.
- Timely feedback, isolation, and statistics of abnormalities found during incoming inspection.
- Re-inspection of materials in stock that have exceeded their shelf life.
- Confirmation of unqualified raw materials in the production process.
- Input of incoming inspection history forms.
- Storage of material samples, as well as sorting and filing of incoming inspection documents, records, and reports.
- Implementing management measures for significant environmental factors and major hazard sources during incoming inspection.
- 7S management of the work (inspection) area.
- Inspection of trial materials and completion of trial sample forms.
- Maintenance, upkeep, and spot-check of testing instruments and tools, and filling in relevant records.
- Completing other tasks issued by supervisor as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.70 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
