We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who combine an ambitious and self-motivated personality with outstanding presentation skills, along with professionalism and the ability to provide excellent customer service to our customers. - Utilizing customer service skills to assist for the best possible outcomes
- Communicating with customers appropriately and with proper speed, tone, and consistency.
- Ensuring that all actions are in compliance with company policies
- Keeping calls on-task and ensuring efficient use of call handle time
- Demonstrating effective questioning/listening skills when speaking with customers
- Using probing questions and leveraging information obtained to ensure productive solution efforts
- Documenting all conversations effectively in our Sales force Applications and Client database.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Time-management and multitasking skills
- Solid typing and data entry skills
- Previous call center, customer service, and/or sales experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
