What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at TelAscent?

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who combine an ambitious and self-motivated personality with outstanding presentation skills, along with professionalism and the ability to provide excellent customer service to our customers. Do you have previous customer service experience? This may be the job for you!

  • Utilizing customer service skills to assist for the best possible outcomes
  • Communicating with customers appropriately and with proper speed, tone, and consistency.
  • Ensuring that all actions are in compliance with company policies
  • Keeping calls on-task and ensuring efficient use of call handle time
  • Demonstrating effective questioning/listening skills when speaking with customers
  • Using probing questions and leveraging information obtained to ensure productive solution efforts
  • Documenting all conversations effectively in our Sales force Applications and Client database.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Time-management and multitasking skills
  • Solid typing and data entry skills
  • Previous call center, customer service, and/or sales experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
