Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 8:00a-5:00p (Overtime possible)

Summary of Position
The TSC Administrator position is responsible for supporting orders and workflow in the TSC. Orders are submitted by Telaid project teams or directly by the customer. It is the responsibility of the TSC Administrator to respond to issues and provide support for the Teams executing these orders. This position has the added responsibility of:
- Supporting the warehouse staff through managing escalations
- Creating inventory receivers,
- Working with third party vendors to track PO’s/shipments,
- Assist with identifying unexpected shipments for receiving
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Create equipment orders for outbound customer projects utilizing ServiceNow inventory
- Process order changes and updates
- Review daily order status and update as needed
- Provide order and shipping discrepancy investigation and resolution
- Work with third party vendors to process RMA’s
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on exception issues
- Provides customer service engagement for internal and external customers
- Handle escalations as initial point of contact for order related items
- Support all aspects of TSC operations as needed
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
