Job Description:
Job Summary:
Product Ownership & Vision
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Prioritize features and manage product backlog to maximize value delivery.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including business teams, engineering, QA, and operations.
- Gather and document requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
Delivery & Execution
- Track deliverables and ensure timely completion of sprints/releases.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Domain Expertise
- Leverage healthcare domain knowledge to guide product decisions.
- Understand PBM processes and integrate them into product features where applicable.
Technical Acumen
- Work closely with technical teams; understand architecture and design considerations.
- Utilize knowledge of cloud platforms and programming languages to make informed decisions.
Agile Leadership
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices.
- Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and enable team success.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, user stories, and release notes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards.
Required Skills:
- 12 years in the IT industry, with 8 years as a Product Owner.
- Strong background in Healthcare domain; PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) knowledge is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (COBOL, Java, Python).
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Jira for backlog and sprint management.
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master is desirable.
