Job Description:

• This role is heavily focused on die manufacturing and launch support, requiring both technical and hand skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-launch support: Initial setup, die trials, tooling handover.
• Die build confirmation: Oversee T0–T1 activities, DMR confirmation, shipping readiness.
• Toolroom/shop activities: Hands-on support for die line tryouts with Die Manufacturing and NAMC pilot teams.
• Die tryout and countermeasure setting: Support at NAMC and guide corrective actions.
• Data and documentation: Feedback for die design reviews, activity documentation, handover, and reflection.
• Safety, quality, productivity checks: Ensure compliance during die and part confirmation.

Technical Skills:

• Strong small tool hand skills.
• 5 years of Tool & Die experience.
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, Data entry, XVL viewing, printing.
• Willingness to learn QuickBase software.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication (written and verbal) for internal/external collaboration.
• Ability to lead and coordinate across teams.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel (domestic and international).
• Support for die data feedback and design reviews.
