Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Works independently under the guidance of Scientists to execute laboratory experiment to support viral vector production
- Perform tasks to support day-to-day laboratory operations, including buffer/solution preparation, equipment cleaning, calibration
- Keep accurate, detailed laboratory records and comply to all required training and safety guidelines.
- Perform data analysis and communicates technical outcomes in technical reports and presentations
- B.S. in Life Sciences or Engineering
- Laboratory experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or biotech in an academic or industry setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with member of cross-functional team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve problems while anticipating the downstream impacts
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and conciseness.
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Familiarity with downstream unit operations such as centrifugation, filtration, and chromatography.
