Responsibilities
Job Summary:
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX Design, PMO and Engineering teams to manage and optimize Airtable, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and SharePoint tools for Product and Tech cross-team workflows including but not limited to Intake, Prioritization, Planning, Delivery and Reporting
- Own the operational setup, provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution of these tools ensuring they are consistently available, reliable and ready for teams to use
- Build scalable interfaces using Airtable Interfaces for different stakeholder groups
- Implement automations using Airtable Automations and integrations (e.g., Slack, Jira, APIs).
- Optimize performance, usability and data integrity across bases
- Develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials for tooling to support change management and adoption of small continuous improvements and larger scale changes across a team of 300 for Product and 3500 for all of Global Streaming
- Act as the point person for tooling-related questions, troubleshooting and best practices
- Translate diverse, cross-functional stakeholder requirements into scalable tooling solutions
- Provide support to the Product organization through organizing and standardizing team onboarding and learning and development materials to empower Product & Design
- Must have minimum 4 years of experience in tooling, operations or systems analyst role working with Airtable including admin-level capabilities, integrations and automation features
- Must have advanced Airtable skills including:
- Configuring relational database design, interfaces and user experience design
- Experience scaling Airtable across multiple teams and org-wide deployments
- Strong understanding of Airtable limitations and performance optimization
- Ability to debug workflows and optimize systems
- Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to translate complex tooling setups into understandable terms for diverse stakeholders across many levels
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product, Technology or Media
- Proven experience working with Atlassian including Jira and Confluence
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
- Superb written and verbal communication, presentation and meeting facilitation skills
