Job Description:
The Painter/Finisher is responsible for preparing surfaces for coating and apply various coatings to products during manufacturing.
- Prepare surfaces for coating.
- Apply primer, paint, adhesive and other coatings to products according to manufacturing specifications.
- Perform general housekeeping and maintenance on painting and preparation equipment.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
