Job Description:
A product marketing program manager job involves coordinating outbound marketing initiatives, focusing on execution of campaigns via various channels like email, social media, and advertising, to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize outbound marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, etc.).
- Manage campaign timelines.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting on campaign performance.
- Use data analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Skills and qualifications
1. Marketing experience:
- Experience in outbound marketing, campaign management, and/or program management.
2. Analytical skills:
- Interpret data, identify trends, familiar with various web metrics tools
3. Project management skills:
- Familiar with Jira, confluence. (WorkFront system is optional)
- plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns effectively
4. Technical code management skills:
- Is familiar with GitHub repository management (editing README, forking the branch, commit the change, etc.)
5. Education:
- Bachelor's degree. (SW engineering or computer science major)
- 1-2 years of experience.
