Summary:

Logistics team member responsible for supporting the receipt, storage, movement, issuance, dispensing, and allocation of API and consumable materials using SAP, Syncade, and related logistics systems. Supports Manufacturing with domestic and international product handling and shipping while maintaining cGMP, quality, safety, and company requirements. Performs assigned logistics activities within areas such as Dispensing/FPA, Receiving, Shipping, or Warehouse under close supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP transactions including goods receipt, stock put-away, order fulfillment, transfer-order creation, and material movement.
• Perform Syncade transactions for material receipt, movement, adjustments, scrapping, and inventory activities.
• Follow assigned procedures and maintain required qualifications for logistics operations.
• Apply cGMP requirements and maintain compliance with department and company procedures.
• Perform Circular Chart activities including installation, review, and daily monitoring.
• Complete and review logbook entries as required.
• Safely operate PIT equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, ride-ons, and order pickers.
• Operate box trucks and perform material handling activities as required.
• Perform Lukapak receiving and handling activities.
• Utilize DMS and TrackWise systems for assigned logistics activities.
• Support receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing, allocation, and shipment of API and consumable components.
• Support domestic and international product handling and shipping activities.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse activities.
• Complete assigned duties while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience or ability to work in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Knowledge of SAP transactions and logistics processes preferred.
• Knowledge of Syncade and related material-management activities preferred.
• Familiarity with DMS and TrackWise systems preferred.
• Understanding of cGMP requirements in a pharmaceutical/API manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform material receipt, movement, storage, dispensing, issuance, and inventory activities.
• Ability to safely operate PIT equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, ride-ons, and order pickers.
• Ability to operate a box truck as required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work effectively under close supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work on a rotating manufacturing schedule, including days or nights.
• Ability to perform physical activities in a warehouse/production-floor environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety, required training, and cGMP compliance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support internal customers.
