Shift: Day Shift - 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM - Rotating Days, and every other weekend
Summary
Supports logistics and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment by handling receipt, storage, dispensing, and shipment of materials using systems like SAP, Syncade, and shipping consoles. Ensures compliance with cGMP standards while contributing to efficient supply chain operations, including domestic and international shipping.

Summary
Supports logistics and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment by handling receipt, storage, dispensing, and shipment of materials using systems like SAP, Syncade, and shipping consoles. Ensures compliance with cGMP standards while contributing to efficient supply chain operations, including domestic and international shipping.
Responsibilities
- Perform receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing, and allocation of API and consumable components.
- Support manufacturing with domestic and international product shipping.
- Execute SAP transactions (Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, TO Creation, Material Movement).
- Perform Syncade tasks (Receipt, Movement, Material Adjustments, Scrapping, Inventory).
- Handle Circular Chart tasks (Installation, Review, Daily Monitoring).
- Maintain and review logbook entries as required.
- Operate Class 1, 2, 3, & 4 equipment safely and compliantly.
- Demonstrate organization and time management within assigned logistics areas (Dispensing/FPA, Receiving, Shipping, Warehouse).
- Utilize DMS and Trackwise systems.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties to support department operations.
- AS/BS degree or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Syncade, and shipping systems.
- Understanding of cGMP regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and obtain required qualifications.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and material handling processes.
- Familiarity with DMS and Trackwise systems (preferred).
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (Class 1 4).
