Shift: Monday Friday, 06:00 AM to 02:30 PM
Summary
The QC Lab Technician is responsible for supporting routine laboratory testing activities to facilitate the release of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples. This role ensures all laboratory work is performed in compliance with approved procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and applicable regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining laboratory quality and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Prepare solutions for chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
- Document laboratory activities, test results, and observations accurately in laboratory notebooks and records.
- Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments including balances, pH meters, and analytical equipment.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization according to GMP standards.
- Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies, chemicals, reagents, and standards.
- Follow all company safety procedures, environmental requirements, and quality policies.
- Support internal audits, external inspections, and regulatory compliance activities as needed.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and safety guidelines.
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- 0 1 year of laboratory experience preferred.
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong motivation for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during laboratory work.
- Ability to lift and carry laboratory supplies up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
