JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As part of the System Turnover team, members interface with other teams across the project, to drive System completion per the established schedule.
• Analyzing System readiness, tracking restraints and open items and identifying potential roadblocks or pitfalls.
• Proactively considers continuous learning, developing firm understanding of system and area scoping and drawings while embracing zero accident and zero rework philosophies.
• The team provides a pivotal interface between other team members and requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Major Responsibilities:

• Track pending issues and actions impacting system turnover.
• Coordinate system walkdowns.
• Impress upon Construction, Field Engineering and Pre-Commissioning the sense of urgency for meeting commitments.
• Review field generated inspection records for quality and completeness.
• Log field generated inspection records into completions management software for tracking and reporting.
• Utilize multiple databases and BSAPs for reviewing and checking dossiers including Teamworks, Setroute and Aconex.
• Maintain and administrate Completions tracking databases.
• Prepare and complete quality documents and data audits.
• Support the implementation of the records retention and turnover plans.
• Manage installation work packages and test packages.
• Update Teamworks database.
• Perform / assist with other general administrative or clerical duties as assigned.
• Coordinate and track open punchlist items.
• Proactively consider continuous learning or show interest in pursuing learning activities.
• Develops firm understanding of work packaging, test packaging, and system and area scoping and drawings required for package development.
• Support development and provide operational training to other team members as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience on an LNG construction site especially along the Gulf Coast preferred.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
• Some understanding of and experience with Smart Completions and Unifier is preferred.
