JOB DESCRIPTION:
- As part of the System Turnover team, members interface with other teams across the project, to drive System completion per the established schedule.
- Analyzing System readiness, tracking restraints and open items and identifying potential roadblocks or pitfalls.
- Proactively considers continuous learning, developing firm understanding of system and area scoping and drawings while embracing zero accident and zero rework philosophies.
- The team provides a pivotal interface between other team members and requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Major Responsibilities:
- Track pending issues and actions impacting system turnover.
- Coordinate system walkdowns.
- Impress upon Construction, Field Engineering and Pre-Commissioning the sense of urgency for meeting commitments.
- Review field generated inspection records for quality and completeness.
- Log field generated inspection records into completions management software for tracking and reporting.
- Utilize multiple databases and BSAPs for reviewing and checking dossiers including Teamworks, Setroute and Aconex.
- Maintain and administrate Completions tracking databases.
- Prepare and complete quality documents and data audits.
- Support the implementation of the records retention and turnover plans.
- Manage installation work packages and test packages.
- Update Teamworks database.
- Perform / assist with other general administrative or clerical duties as assigned.
- Coordinate and track open punchlist items.
- Proactively consider continuous learning or show interest in pursuing learning activities.
- Develops firm understanding of work packaging, test packaging, and system and area scoping and drawings required for package development.
- Support development and provide operational training to other team members as required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience on an LNG construction site especially along the Gulf Coast preferred.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
- Some understanding of and experience with Smart Completions and Unifier is preferred.
