">We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist to join our team in Addison, TX. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid 4:1 in-office schedule, providing exceptional account management to internal and external GAF customers.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the order management process, including order placement, job site planning, and customer follow-up. ">
- Analyze data to ensure error-free orders and maintain/updating existing orders in a timely manner to meet and exceed customer expectations. ">
- Communicate effectively with customers and other departments via emails and calls. ">
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely communication regarding shipping, status updates, and alternative products. ">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
