Senior Product Manager - Policy Manager
Location: Hybrid (New York City preferred)
New opening for an experienced Senior Product Policy Manager to be part of a seven-person Policy team within a technology company. You will create, implement and enforce content policy for Trust & Safety. This is a cross-functional position working with multiple teams to ensure our Trust & Safety procedures are aligned with industry best practices.
Summary:
- Work with a team of Policy experts on all policy creation, online policy, content policy, AI Research and global content regulations.
- Policy writing: misinformation, disinformation, hate speech, fake news, crime, etc..
- Experience taking policy products from initial strategy to framework design to full product launch.
- Train data labeling teams on product policy.
- Work closely with product teams on the creation and implementation of new products with the goal of ensuring Trust & Safety procedures are aligned with industry best practices.
- Guide and create policy for data tagging, data labeling utilizing MLOps.
Experience:
- 3-4 years experience in product policy.
- Experience creating and designing policy.
- Experience creating training and development programs.
- Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Public Policy, Legal, Anthropology, Sociology, Communications, or related field.
