About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager – Adobe Analytics Implementation to lead the execution, governance, and optimization of Adobe Analytics across our digital ecosystem, including desktop, mobile web, and mobile app experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, hands-on technical skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will act as the subject matter expert in Adobe Analytics, ensuring accurate data collection, high-integrity insights, and actionable reporting that informs product, marketing, and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Adobe Analytics Implementation & Governance
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Adobe Analytics across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and manage tagging strategies, data layer requirements, and ongoing data governance for new features and releases.
- Collaborate with Engineering and QA teams to define analytics requirements, write JIRA stories, implement Adobe variables (eVars, props, events), validate tag deployment, and ensure accurate tracking.
- Perform QA on analytics tags using tools such as Charles, Fiddler, Firebug, or similar; identify discrepancies and resolve tracking issues in collaboration with engineering and reporting teams.
Analytics Strategy & Measurement Framework
- Define, maintain, and evolve measurement frameworks aligned with business KPIs and product goals.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure performance is measurable, comparable, and actionable across platforms.
- Conduct impact assessments and communicate tracking issues to stakeholders promptly.
Insights, Reporting & Data Visualization
- Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to monitor engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue trends.
- Leverage data visualization best practices to communicate insights clearly to product, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of hands-on experience in analytics implementation (web app) using Adobe Analytics.
- Expertise in researching issues, designing analytics solutions, and testing end-to-end tracking systems.
- Proficiency with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Processing Rules, Adobe Classification Rules, and Adobe Workspace.
- Strong experience validating analytics tags using tools like Charles, Fiddler, or other debugging tools.
- Solid analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to product, engineering, leadership, and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in mobile app analytics and mobile SDK implementation.
- Experience in building automated dashboards and data visualizations.
- Knowledge of additional analytics platforms is a plus.
