Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Solutions Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving growth and operations . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience engaging with doctor clinics, medical offices, and healthcare facilities, and a strong understanding of insurance claim workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clinics, physicians, and healthcare providers to onboard
- Educate healthcare providers on services, equipment usage, patient onboarding, and reimbursement benefits
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth setup and support for medical practices
- Navigate and manage insurance claims processing, coding, and billing related to services
- Identify growth opportunities within the healthcare network and provide strategic feedback
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years experience working in or with doctor clinics, hospitals, or healthcare service providers
- Prior experience with Monitoring programs, equipment, or telehealth systems
- Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance claim workflows (CPT codes, billing procedures, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel locally or to other states to healthcare facilities if needed
Preferred:
- Experience with CMS RPM reimbursement policies
- Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare software tools
- Background in healthcare sales, account management, or medical device coordination
