Role: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Adobe CJA and AEP integrations
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations
  • Create segments, calculated metrics, and filters
  • Analyze customer journey data for insights
  • Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and optimize tracking
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 3 years of experience with Adobe CJA / Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of AEP, data modeling, and tagging
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, JSON
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
