* 10 years in DevOps/Release Engineering including technical lead capacity
* Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, YAML-based pipelines, Repos, Artifacts)
* Proven expertise in ArgoCD and GitOps methodologies
o Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for Kubernetes-based application deployments
o Define and maintain ArgoCD application manifests, sync policies, and multi-cluster deployment strategies
o Ensure declarative, version-controlled infrastructure and application state management
* Solid experience with Kubernetes/AKS, Helm, and container orchestration
* Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates)
* Experience with Docker and container registries (ACR)
* Working knowledge of Git branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development)
* Familiarity with SAFe Agile/Scrum delivery models
* Strong troubleshooting skills across build, deployment, and runtime environments
