Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in cold heading engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a Mechanical Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer role.
- Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience in tool and die design
