Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a machinist who enjoys working independently, programming from blueprints, and producing high-quality precision parts to tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC Lathe machines from engineering prints and drawings.
- Machine precision components to tight tolerances.
- Interpret and comprehend complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- Work independently to complete projects from setup through final production.
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 3 years of CNC Lathe experience.
- Strong ability to program machines directly from blueprints.
- Thorough understanding of G & M codes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment, including:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Ability to work independently and solve machining challenges.
Preferred:
- Experience operating HAAS CNC machines.
- Experience with Mastercam or other CAD/CAM software.
- CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
