Lead Carpenter / Field Operations
Tekton Building LLC is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter for residential construction work throughout the Mat-Su Valley.
We are looking for someone with broad residential construction experience who can work independently, lead helpers, plan ahead, solve problems, maintain quality, and communicate clearly with the Project Manager.
Typical work may include:
- Framing and remodeling
- Decks
- Siding and exterior trim
- Windows and doors
- Finish carpentry
- Roofing and repairs
- Other custom residential projects
Requirements:
- Approximately five or more years of residential construction experience
- Broad carpentry and problem-solving ability
- Ability to read plans and perform layout
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong attendance, communication, and professionalism
Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
