- Conducting stakeholder and customer interviews
- A/B testing
- Prototyping
- Interaction design
Proficiency In Figma Is Essential, Including
- Creating and managing components
- Operating within an established design system
- Understanding and applying scalable interaction patterns
You will contribute to the enhancement and expansion of our design systems:
- Maintain and evolve an existing enterprise design system
- Support the buildout of a new mobile design system
- Contribute to the goal of developing 40 new components over the next year
- Configure and structure components in Figma suitable for multiple teams and platforms
- Work across several initiatives simultaneously while ensuring consistency and quality
While UI skills are important, we are specifically targeting designers who are UX‑heavy and comfortable:
- Gathering and interpreting business requirements
- Facilitating discussions with product owners and business partners
- Translating complex problems into clear, user‑centered solutions
- Enterprise experience is strongly preferred
- Banking experience is ideal
- Also open to:
- E‑commerce
- Healthcare
- Note: Designers seeking highly creative, advertising‑style work may find this role less aligned with their interests
