Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to support high‑volume automotive title processing for vehicles sold online. This role handles approximately 2,500 titles per day and requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include
- Matching titles with bills of sale
- Sorting documents alphabetically by dealer name
- Organizing and alphabetizing title packets
- Receive titles into the computer system
- Stamp and assign titles
- Prepare and ship completed title packets
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong alphabetizing and organizational abilities
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Quick and accurate typing skills
- Auto title experience helpful but not required
- Dedicated, hard-working, and open to feedback
- Positive attitude; able to work both independently and within a close-knit team
- Clear growth opportunities – contractors have been promoted, including into management
