What You'll Do
- Provide phone-based technical support for specialized imaging systems
- Troubleshoot Windows applications, file structures, and basic software issues
- Handle 13–15 customer interactions per day
- Partner with internal teams to resolve technical concerns
- Deliver outstanding customer service in high-pressure situations
- 1 year of customer service, technical support, help desk, or client-facing experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Basic Windows and computer troubleshooting knowledge
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
