What You Can Expect
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across a variety of products and software platforms
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on all company products and solutions
- Support customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, and/or ticketing systems)
- Identify, document, and report product bugs, trends, and recurring issues to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement
