Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of contact for supervision technology walkthroughs and support.
- Assist advisors with compliance, registration, and FINRA licensing requirements.
- Provide guidance on industry rules, regulations, and continuing education processes.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and service-oriented responses to advisor inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve escalated issues effectively.
- Maintain and continuously build knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial products.

- 1–2 years of experience in a FINRA-regulated environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent customer service experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain information in a dynamic regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of:
- Mutual funds, annuities, general securities, and other financial products
- FINRA, SEC, and state rules and regulations
- Licensing Requirements:
- FINRA SIE and Series 7 Top-Off
- Series 63
- (Licenses must be active or obtained within 90 days of employment)

- Active/inactive but not expired Series 7 license.
- 1–2 years of financial services experience focused on investment products.
