Sr. Manager, Product Management

Description

The Product Manager, Finance Platforms plays a critical role in BAU activities and ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of finance-related platforms including NetSuite, BigCommerce, and Product Data Management (PDM). This role supports Finance Admins and Product Managers across teams by managing day-to-day system operations, coordinating enhancements, and driving process efficiency across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in NetSuite, Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, and supporting BAU teams. They will work cross-functionally with Finance, Technology, Production Support, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• NetSuite Support:
• Oversee BAU changes and issue resolution within NetSuite, including finance ticket triage and coordination with development and QA teams.
• Map out clear support structure between ongoing product go lives and enhancements to determine capacity and resourcing for additional work.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency within NetSuite or Finance processes and support discovery, implementation, and ongoing support.
• BigCommerce & PDM Support:
• Ensure consistent product mapping and synchronization between PDM and BigCommerce.
• Support BigCommerce and PDM roadmaps and changes to streamline operations.
• Oversee multi-product cart compatibility and payment method configurations.
• Finance Admin Enablement:
• Act as a liaison between Finance Admins and technical teams to ensure BAU tasks (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, voucher creation) are executed efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and support documentation and process notes for key workflows and system access management.
• Cross-Platform Governance:
• Monitor synchronization processes and troubleshoot errors between NetSuite and BigCommerce.
• Collaborate with QA, PMs, and BAs to validate deployments and ensure business continuity during system updates.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management or operations within finance systems.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite.
• Revenue recognition and BigCommerce experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
  

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlottesville, VA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.
